Thank you for shopping with Prime Finds UK. We want you to be completely happy with your purchase, but if you need to return something, here’s how it works.
1. Your Rights (UK Consumer Law)
Under UK distance selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving your item. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll issue a refund within 14 days of receipt.
2. Returns Window
You can return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange (unless otherwise stated). This is our standard returns timeframe and is additional to your statutory rights.
3. How to Request a Return

Wait for a return authorization from our team—do not send items back without approval.

Once approved, we’ll send instructions on where to send your return.
4. Conditions for Returns
To be eligible for a refund:
✔️ Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
✔️ Still in the original packaging
✔️ You must include proof of purchase (order number/receipt)
Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused or subject to a partial refund.
5. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., faulty or wrong item), return shipping costs are paid by the customer. If we made an error, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs once the item is received and checked.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

It may take 5–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your bank or card provider.
7. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately with photos and details. We’ll arrange a free return and either a refund or replacement.
8. Non-Returnable Items
Some items cannot be returned unless they are faulty, including:

Items marked “Final Sale”
(These exclusions will be shown on the product page if applicable.)
9. Exchanges
If you want an exchange (e.g., for a different size or colour), follow the returns process above and then place a new order for the item you want.
